Taking on Your Plot

Chosen your plot? Here’s what happens next.

1. Review and accept your agreement

We’ll email you a link to your personal allotment agreement, including your plot details, monthly rent and start date.

Please read it carefully and check your details before clicking Accept. The initial agreement is for 18 months. If you have any questions, contact us before accepting.

2. Pay your initial invoice

You’ll receive a separate invoice by email through Xero for the £200 initial payment to reserve your allocated plot.

Please follow the payment instructions and due date shown on your invoice. The conditions for this payment are set out in your agreement.

3. Your monthly rent

Your monthly rent will also be invoiced through Xero. Please pay by the due date using the instructions on your invoice. If you have already arranged a standing order, check that it matches the agreed amount and payment date.

4. Get ready to grow

Once your agreement has been accepted and the required initial payment received, we’ll confirm your start arrangements.
