About the Plot List

The list here shows the current position, but plots do become available regularly as people’s circumstances change.

We also keep an eye on plots that appear to be inactive and, where appropriate, contact the current holder to check whether they still wish to continue.

We also have a small holding plot — Plot 48 — where new members can make a start while waiting for a larger plot to become available.

Because of this, it’s always worth booking a site visit, even if the list currently shows all plots as taken. You can have a look around, tell us what you’re looking for, and we can discuss the options available.

During your site visit, you can expect:

  • Friendly advice and guidance

  • A tour of the available plots

  • Information about plot sizes and prices

  • An explanation of how the site works

  • Answers to any questions you may have

  • The opportunity to discuss your gardening plans

  • A relaxed, no-pressure visit

Site visits are usually held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings.
